Get Your Bookings
When a customer wants to book your car, and you have accepted the booking via SMS, Kool Car Hire sends a payment link to the customer for our referral fee of $99 which then secures the requested booking.
Once that $99 fee is paid, we will then send you the contact details of the customer immediately via SMS & email.
You will receive all booking details, including the event date, time, and location etc.

START TAKING BOOKINGS
Once you receive the booking details, you deal directly with the client moving forward regarding all aspects of the booking and payment. We suggest you take a further deposit from your client as per your internal business processes you have in place for management of car bookings.
The $99 referral fee will need to be deducted from your total booking value and therefore you will not be required to pay us anything directly. We are not a booking agent and we do not take any commission. Our flat referral fee of $99 is the total cost regardless of the total value of the job.
We recommend starting from a $250 p/h hire charge with a 2-hour minimum. You’re in the driver’s seat—you manage your own schedule and your own payments.
